The scenography department has great importance in the structure of the São Paulo Aquarium. Today, it has three professionals who turn the most beautiful dreams into reality, with replicas of environments from the Amazon rainforest, life-size dinosaurs, the ocean floor, sunken and submerged ships, submarines, and polar stations, among others.
This department also created all the scenographic environments for our animals, following the guidelines of the Aquarium’s biologists, veterinarians, and oceanographers.
The team in this department is led by a professional with over 20 years of experience. A true artist, who received the award for “1st Plastic Artist in Aquatic Scenography” from Rank Brasil (Brazilian Book of Records), his name is Lee Oliveira.
