PURCHASE AND VOUCHER USAGE RULES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
For online purchases, customer registration must be completed using the details of the credit/debit card holder. Purchases with names differing from the credit/debit card holder will not be accepted.
On the date of the visit, it is mandatory to present the identification document of the purchaser, along with the credit/debit card used for the transaction.
In cases where the purchaser is not present:
Simple copy of the identification document of the purchaser;
Written authorization (handwritten) from the purchaser on the back of the voucher. Allowing another person to use the tickets.
Copy of the credit/debit card used for the purchase.

• Attention! Respect the scheduled time (1 hour tolerance).
• Opening hours:
Monday to Sunday from 9am to 5pm.
Animals are not allowed into the São Paulo Aquarium, except guide dogs.
*Online ticket valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Includes full visit (including polar bear). The following items are not included: Mermaids, Jurassic Aquarium, Food and Parking.
** Installments only for online purchases from R$ 100.00.
IMPORTANT:
It is necessary to present an identity document of the purchase holder on the day of the visit, plus the credit/debit card used for the purchase.
If the cardholder is not present: present a copy of the document, plus authorization to use the ticket signed by the cardholder, in addition to a simple copy of the credit/debit card used for the purchase.
